We didn’t like the fact the in-room bathroom had a barn door which caused a lack of privacy. The fact the adult resort was literally separated from the other property was inconvenient. "Divi is a well maintained resort. Pros: Great food, absolutely beautiful beach right off the resort, great staff, clean rooms. Cons: Entertainment was lacking. No music by the pool during the day and the night entertainment was only until 11 pm, when drinking and having a good time that is too early. No room service or mini bar/water in the room, a lot of kids! Yes it a family resort, but too many kids for my taste."

"The floor and bedroom had a weird smell like mildew or mold. It made my allergies worst. Sneezing and running nose. The last day the room and hallway smell much better. The manager to make reservations for restaurants always them me they booked up on my first day. I was unhappy about it. The second my sister went she got a restaurant for us. The third day my sister granddaughter went and got a restaurant reservation for us. I was not happy with the his services or attitude"

"Room wasn’t like what we booked, bed was super uncomfortable we could feel the springs in the mattress while sleeping. A/c didn’t stay on through the night. Was surprised cause this was my 4th staying at this property and I was pretty disappointed this time around"

"The hotel is in prime location to all the local restaurants, bars, and shops. The grounds of the hotel are the most beautiful on the island and the pool is great for kids and you are steps away from the beach"

"Modern Condo style stay in Aruba with great pools including an infinity pool. The hotel is in great proximity to the strip (with many shops/restaurants/bars), as well as the beach (free shuttle). The restaurant and coffee shop onsite were convenient. The rooms are fairly large, clean and modern (no stove). "The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We felt safe on the property. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful time. However, considering the Hilton’s resort fee, one should not have to pay an extra fee to get a palapa closer to the water. Also, most of the palapas did not have hooks on them, so our beach bag was out of view if we left it by our palapa. Lastly, beware of cab drivers overcharging from and back to the airport. "Room 2564. Didn’t have an oven , what was also disappointing was it didn’t have a toaster so eggos I bought were impossible to make.we had to wear our shoes inside the entire time due to the feeling of the floor being dirty.like it wasn’t mopped. No conditioner in shower.no lotion. Salt and pepper would be great to keep in unit.other than that no complaints.the last Unit we rented was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it was much better."

"This is not for people who cannot walk a lot. I sent my mom and her 80 year old friend here because it was all inclusive. The beach is across the street and there were no elevators to their second floor room. The all inclusive was just ok. They made them fill out a form every time they ate and had to add a tip each time. They felt coerced to leave a large tip. At least that is how my mom felt. The beach was beautiful!"
