"I would never return to this resort. It was horrible and misleading. The rooms did not look like what was advertised online. The food selection was horrible, so repetitive. The staff in the bars and buffets were so mean and careless. The only positive experience was in the restaurants, the food was fair and the waiters were nice. Upon arrival, you are shown a map of what is actually included in the all inclusive package versus what isn't. This was not advertised online at all. The coffee shop...

"After spending 4 days here I have mixed feelings. The grounds are pretty and the rooms are lovely. However we had issues with electricity going out in half the hotel, restaurants being closed and the AC not working well in our room. These issues were fixed by the hotel. The staff were all very friendly, polite and professional. The major downside for us was the lack of service around the main pool and the construction which closed areas with wire fences and subjected all the guests to jack...

We liked the free parking but didn't need to drive much there vs Eagle Beach. The majority of the tv channels were in Spanish which we only noticed in the afternoon when we came in to escape the heat. But you're there for the beach right?"
