"Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos de l'annonce. Pas propre du tout, poussière, saleté, sol de la douche répugnant, cafards dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. En arrivant, le sol était sale, on voit que le ménage est bâclé. Mais surtout, l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Plus jamais! Seul avantage, le site de la résidence est agréable. Belle piscine et jolie espace barbecue. "

"The resort is lovely and just ten minutes from airport. Guest room steps away from pool n beach. Loved the beach bar stunning views. Most staff friendly and warm. Especially pool bar, beach bar, staff especially Nelson and concierge Ms. Rodriguez. Furniture and mattresses can use an update. Mattress very uncomfortable felt the springs on my back. Sit down dinner great. Buffet could use improvement and better variety. Food temperature tepid. Cold waffles pancakes. No daily schedule of activities available never knew what shows n activities planned for day. Building number signage should be added to building to help guest find their assigned buildings faster. Appreciated the daily flexible shuttles to Divi n other locations."

"My girlfriend & I visited Aruba for the first time and chose this hotel for its location to the beach & restaurants. The staff were very helpful, shout-out Peter, Suntos & Juneku, as well as the rest of the staff, all very friendly. The rooftop pool & bar was a great combo after a long beach day. The Radisson's beach area is smaller than the other resorts that have direct beach access, which is to be expected. The beach area always had a seat for us by the time we arrived in the morning, but it was not front row real estate, so no clear line of sight on the water due to how the umbrellas are setup (which I am not complaining about because having that large, shaded area was a nice escape from the sun). We did find ourselves renting some chairs right next to the Radisson's beach area that were on the first row for the view. Overall great experience, everything was walkable and really worry free. The room was clean and spacious, and the sunset from our 9th floor room was amazing. Would recommend if you do not need the all-inclusive offerings and don't mind a short <5 min walk to the beach each morning."

"Amsterdam Manor is absolutely adorable! I stayed in a Junior Suite and was very impressed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (except an oven), and the room was modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent—our room was cleaned daily, dishes were washed, floors were mopped, and fresh towels, including beach towels, were provided. The location is perfect, with the beach directly across the street. There were always plenty of chairs and umbrellas available at no extra charge. The beach was clean, quiet, and honestly one of the nicest beaches in Aruba. Room service was quick, and the food came from Passions restaurant across the street, which was amazing! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."
