"Everything was great! Great location and friendly staff ."

"The resort was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurants was diverse and very tasty. The food ordered through room service was not as satisfying. The wait time was often long and the food seemed rushed. It is a huge resort to explore, considering with the Elite Club membership, you have access to the Antilles property. Perhaps a tour video would be helpful to showcase all the resort amenities and directions. Technology and QR codes were also very helpful and...

"Loved it all!! We will return"

"We had a problem with something getting repaired in room. It took 4 phone calls then a walk to front desk to get maintenance to come."

"The service was very poor at the adults only hotel. We had one night only where the server was excellent. I had requested multiple times at the time of booking, via email and in person to make special birthday arrangements for my husbands 40th birthday and nothing was done. I was very disappointed!!! Considering the price and the service, I’d never stay here again. We had to line up 2-3 hours before to reverse a dinner spot at one of their restaurants. It was insane!"

"Five star vacation! Everything was great, except for the food at some of the restaurants, which I'd give four stars. The buffets were very good but the menu offerings at the restaurants was limited and not the best quality. It was good but not top shelf. Everything else was top shelf especially the staff. We were well taken care of at all times at every venue by the excellent staff. The main pool and the beach were joys!"

"Had a great one week stay at the Barcelo. Clean rooms, pleasant staff for the most part. The location can’t be beat. Right on Palm beach and across from a vibrant shop and food area. The food at the resort was okay, do not expect gourmet offerings and you will not be disappointed. Will be back."

"We have been to Divi multiple times and love it! The food, staff, rooms, and scenery are all great!"

"súper recomendable"

"Loved the private pool, the happy hour everyday at the big pool, and the supplies they provide for the beach were helpful as well"

"Great resort. Renovated rooms were very nice. Loved the 2 drinks for 22$ happy hour each day. Pool and beach were beautiful and relaxing. Selected a garden view room but got a little peak of the ocean off of the deck!!"
