"When I got there my Ocean Front room was “upgraded” (w/out my consent) to a suite. The suite was in the worst corner/location on the property with a view of the daily dining area and the back of the property. "2nd time visit ...Awesome place !! Staff was very friendly, loved the location & the food & the atmosphere"

"A lot of the staff was extremely rude and less than helpful or accommodating. Restaurants were nothing to talk about and the bartenders were obnoxious and so rude. Guest services was extremely nice. Hardly any entertainment or music at the pool area or nighttime"

"Very friendly"

It was about 12:30 am. Next day we asked the manager Melissa about not having 1st floor and were upset about prior night. She was apologetic but said little...

"Great customer service!"

"Staying at the divi Dutch the only complaint was that everything u wanted to eat or drink was all located across the street at the divi village. There was nothing actually on the property of the Divi Dutch so that was a bit difficult when u wanted something as simple as a coffee."

"Very nice!"
