"Everything was close by"

"The property is conveniently located on a beautiful beach. The front desk staff were polite, but don’t do anything beyond their job. The rooms needed to be upgraded with a better layout of the bathroom (toilet and shower) - “water closet”, with modern shower heads and toilets. Other than a water bottle and shopping bag, there weren’t any amenities in the room (no hand soaps, no lotions…nothing extra). You can see the rusting doors and air conditioner system is a guess of what temperature it is...

"Overall the stay was good but not worth $2500 for premium king room. We got fresh towels here and there but the floors were never mopped and never got a new bath mat the whole time we were there so we used towels. The WiFi went out on a Monday and wasn’t back on until Thursday. Poole were nice and clean but they don’t open until 10am. A little late in my opinion. "We really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard. It’s centrally located where all the action is happening. They have an area reserved for guests in Palm beach and set you up with chairs and cabanas. Breakfast is buffet style and it’s amazing. We loved it! The staff is super attentive and friendly. They have a shallow pool which is great for kids and one for adults. Highly recommended."

And Expedia says rooms have dvd players they don’t Expedia says they have 24 hour room service they don’t have room service. 17 dollar a drink and bartender JR went out of his way to make my drinks wrong every time. His loss I tip minimum 20 percent. Front desk not friendly except one person short guy dark hair. Don’t waste your time Herd Holiday inn property is amazing. Will try that next"
