"The staff was excellent"

"Wonderful staff"

"Wall paper was peeling off wall in room, hair in tub and shower wall, there was LOUD MUSIC BLASTING well into the late hours of the night on the 19th floor that cause the walls to shake and I was unable to rest! On top of that, the $32 chicken tender meal and drink that I ordered from the hotel was burnt! I will never stay here again!"

"The picture of the outside of the hotel, is the casino next door and not the hotel. Yes, the hotel sign is visible but not the building which is misleading. Though the outside of the building is worn, the inside isn’t bad. However our room was infested with ants that we didn’t notice till the next morning. The front desk staff were incredible and got us moved into another room. Unfortunately, the air in that room wasn’t working good but since it was cool outside, it was bareable. The...

"Room was very small and had a musty odor"

"This location is my go-to when going to Baltimore or staying overnight after a concert at the CFB Bank Arena. Parking can be hard if you're trying to do valet, but there is also a parking deck directly across the street that you can safetly park at. Staff here are friendly and helpful, amenities are wonderful, and overall it's a comfortable, enjoyable stay with a delicious breakfast available in the morning and coffee/water available all day. Highly recommended!"

"Honest review alert. The overall property was nice and the staff were great. I don’t believe we were informed that the parking was $40 days daily, so decided to park on the streets. The hotel requires you to use your hotel card to enter the building and to access every floor which brought a sense of security. Our family agreed that our overall experience was good. Shout out to the breakfast staff, they were great!!"

"The hotel itself was in a perfect location, very nice hotel but they gave us a room with a clogged toilet. That management had already known and we only find out because of their house cleaning staff. That was very disappointing."

"Staff very helpful and pleasant. Especialy Carlton. He was there working his tail off from early morning until late night doing everything from helping with luggage to cleaning the common areas to providing a much needed deck of playing cards. A real nice person. Building is old and our room had a slight musty scent but nothing that we complained about. Breakfast was decent, no complaints there. I would recommend avoiding the expensive cocktails and sticking with wine or beer. Either that or...

"Positioning of the shower head allowed water to run outside the shower and onto the floor. The bottom of the pool felt like there was sand and the water was cooler than expected for a heated pool."

"Very nice stay , front desk a little nervous or frustrated but he was nice"
