"Everywhere was dirty from the pool to the room. The main lobby carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in forever. On top of everything being dirty, the property was very poorly maintained."

Assured us she could provide transportation pickup from the bus drop off to her lodge. This was NOT true! When we called for a pick up, she said she was too busy and could not pick us up. "This property is absolutely disgusting. My family booked 3 rooms and they were all filthy, unkept, and smelled terrible. My room had blood stains on the walls and lamp shade. Both beds stained blankets and two pillows smelled like urine. The patio screen, pull out bed, and two doors were broken. None of us got much sleep because we were concerned with the cleanliness and the beds, the smell, and possible bed bugs. Silver lining - no bed bugs!"

"This place had an amazing restaurant on site, parking was easy, the lobby was gorgeous and also had a coffee station with breakfast items in the lobby. The lobby had a gorgeous fireplace and gift shop. In terms of the rooms, this was nice / standard and the bed was comfy. I especially liked this place had black out Curtains and a fridge ( this was our best place lodging in Alaska during our stay) would recommend and stay again,"

"The room I was given was nothing like the photos. Bare walls with cracks and picture hooks. Stains on the walls in the bathroom. The sink was rocking around loose. All the furniture was aged and damaged. The lighting was commercial tube lighting like an office or a clinic. Dusty fan and window cover. Just an absolute disappointment."
