"Excellent stay, staff is very pleasant"

"I've stayed there on two occasions in the last month, I've been a member for years. Both times I have been called at 11am asking when I will be checking out even though I requested late check out the night before. I specifically asked the front desk staff if my name was written down as late check out even though I saw the night person put it in the book and still the am person said that it wasn't there."

"Location in downtown Anchorage was great, could walk everywhere. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I can saw was off, and not a biggie for most people, the lighting in the bathroom was too subdued for doing makeup, I am short and needed to get close to mirror to see some things. But would stay there again."

"The staff made sure I had everything I needed, including coffee by 6am"

"Room was clean, staff were kind and helpful and the lounge was a great place to eat"
