"Good Morning We would like to share our disappointment with our stay at this hotel Firstly we were given a room with 2double beds and no balcony for our 7 night stay. After speaking with the Manager and waiting around and much stress, we were given an upgraded room. Then to find out 2 swimming pools and some restaurants/vars were under renovation and not open, we were not notified of this , as we would have previously changed hotels To find out that you can only get out of the hotel on go...

"انصح بالسكن بالقسم المطل على الشاطئ الغرف لديهم نظيفة ويقومون بتغيير فرشات الاسنان ومستلزمات الحمام بشكل يومي اذا اردت الاستمتاع بمناظر خلابة امام البحر عليك باختيار الغرف المطلة على البحر وطاقم العمل لديهم على درجة عالية من التعاون والاحتراف لديهم خدمة الاستقبال من المطار بشكل احترافي ومنسق حيث لديهم قارب خاص ينقلك من المطار ولديهم قسم خاص عند بوابة المطار للنزلاء الذي لم يعجبني الافطار لديهم حيث لايوجد تنوع فالاكثر من الاطباق من الذوق الاسيوي عند عودتي للجزيرة سأسكن هنا"

"Henan Palm Beach was everything as advertised. If you are flying into Caticlan I would strongly recommend purchasing the transfer directly from Henan as the airport is very small and it gets really hectic exiting. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 11 year old and we got picked up by a bus at airport taken to the boat transfer and transferred to another bus once you get to Boracay. We had no issues with the check in and the grounds were very clean. Staff was always very friendly and professional...

"We stayed here for 4 days and we extended our stay for another 5 days because everyone are so helpful and very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing! Staffs are wonderful. They answered all our questions and we had some complications in the beginning and all the staff was so patient. Pool is so nice as well, I definitely recommend this place"

"Mandarin nest was such a great place to stay in Boracay! The staff were always pleasant and there to help with anything you need. They organized our transfer to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. They even carried our heavy luggage across the sand to the hotel for us (we felt so bad…) but they were happy to assist even when we wanted to help. The hotel itself is in prime location on the beach in a perfect spot to explore. There are dedicated beach chairs you can use. We did not...

"We had a great stay at Feliz Hotel - very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, great location in the middle of bustling District 2. Great assistance by the staff scheduling activities, airport transfers. Only downside is that our room was interior - view out our window was of the hotel wall just a few feet away - disappointing for a beach resort not to have nice view and natural light."
