"Everytime the room was turned down items were not replaced...... We asked four times for more toilet roll, ended up going to the desk to ask. We had bottles of water confiscated coming back as not allowed to bring things in, it's summer in a desert city....... These were not returned upon checkout. Hotel is no way a 5* it's tired and needs upgrading massively. Air con didn't work when we arrived in our room and we had cockroaches! Bathroom very tired with some black mould and no work bench or...

"Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze. The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better. Very few activities, often found ourselves struggling to find things to do on...

"Hébergement face à la plage, avec une très belle plage propre, des vagues modérées et une magnifique corniche pour se promener. Le ménage de la chambre est irréprochable, fait chaque jour avec soin. Le buffet est propre, délicieux et varié, vraiment agréable. Le personnel est serviable et aimable, toujours souriant.L’animation est internationale.L’animation marocaine, je ne l’ai malheureusement pas ressenti durant mon séjour, mais nous nous sommes quand même bien amusés grâce à la bonne...

"فندق قديم جدا ولا يستحق ان يكون من مجموعه سوفيتيل موقفي الاستقبال رائعون ،،، اما الباقي مثلا المتواجدون بالكافي فقط خديجه والباقي لديهم عنصريه ،، لا يبتسمون في وجهك وهذا غريب من فندق مثل السوفيتل ،،موظفي المواقف السيارات قمة الاحترام والتقدير واشكرهم جزيل الشكر "
