Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Dirty fridge. Cupboard door loose and hanging. Brown dirty shower curtains. Dead roach hanging from vent. Dirty walls and bathroom. Could not checkin until after 4pm and when I phoned to talk to admin I was told they went home and I would have to wait until the following day to speak to them and never received a call. Didn’t stay any of the 5 nights booked. Awful experience. Pictures are deceiving on advertisement. I was told I could have stayed there and gave them a chance to fix things. When? The next day? Ridiculous. Was going to get the cleaning fee back but I asked them if they would stay there. I paid for a hotel and then a house rental on top of this place. How could anyone sleep there knowing the place was not cleaned and expected to sleep in the bedding. Told them I didn’t want to take roaches home with me. Still told I should have given them a chance to resolve the issues. I even sent them the pictures. Awful!
