The house is perfect for a large group. The pool is a little small but still served the purpose. The communication was great anytime we had an issue, they were right there. Loved having the golf carts! Close to the beach.

This place was perfect for our family of 15. The young kids loved having the pool right there. The golf carts made getting around super easy! Only suggestion would be, only charge one cart at a time as both kept tripping the fuse. Was an easy fix once we figured it out.The room setup worked out so well and allowed everyone space to spread out. Will definitely be back!

This house is very spacious and beautiful! Located in a quiet cul de sac in a beautiful neighborhood! Just me, my husband and our two dogs stayed, and it was perfect! The only recommendation would be to increase the heat of the pool; it was a bit chilly!

Great location in beautiful neighborhood

Great house that allowed for multiple families to come together in living room kitchen and also have own space. Two golf carts made getting to beach easy . No better beach than Destin!

Great indoor and outdoor spaces, private, quite. Only suggestion, with capacity for occupancy would be beneficial to have some additional cookware, including a few different size pans, griddle for breakfast, etc

Great Family Get Away

The property was just as pictured (except the size of the pool is a bit tinier than it looks) Very clean. There was plenty of room for all eleven of us! Plenty of sleeping space. And plenty of room to get to yourself when needed. The kitchen could use a bit of updating on items, but it was still great! We enjoyed our week, just wished we had been able to book longer!

Great space!

Our stay was amazing! We had 15 people total- 7 of which were children. The home itself had more space than expected and everyone was surprised at area of individual space/rooms/beds. However the best part was that there was large areas where we all could gather and spend time together. The house was located in a cul de sac on a quiet street. It was not far from the beach or from our favorite restaurant. The golf carts were great and provided a faster/easier/more fun way to get around.

Beach house

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Great amenities however we felt constantly targeted by an employee. The community was not friendly to vacationers. I made a complaint but did not receive a response.

Nice nieghborhood and location

The home overall was ok. The guest house was not useable due to the moisture and associated smell. Communication with property manager was not great. One golf cart was broken and the governor on them are set below the speed limit on main roads.

Great home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved having our family in this home. Great location, great neighborhood, we liked the golf carts included and bikes. The only negative I would say is the home had some things that needed fixing. -the grill only worked on one side and took forever to grill for everyone-the fridge and freezer drawers were very difficult to roll in and out - the fridge in laundry room leaked - the mattress on the pull out sofa in master bedroom was horribly thinThose are easy fixes and would make it even better. Minor stuff but great space and it was good having the pool toys and beach supplies there. It would help to add to the listing what the house includes so guests know what they do and don’t need to bring. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved it!

Pearl of Destiny

We thought the house was a perfect size for our group however it was lacking in a few amenities. There needs to be plastic glasses, etc. to utilize around the pool. Also, the door code had to be reset a few times because it stopped working. The pool person let us know there was a leak in the pool and the heat was inconsistent. The garage door stopped working at one point and maintenance had to come over. The curtains were falling down in the main floor bedroom. And painting wasn't complete in the guest house where curtain rods and towel rods were replaced. It worked ok for our group but I probably wouldn't rent this place again.

Nice house, Unlucky weather

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Host was responsive to the issues we did have. We did not get our chec-in code until well after 5pm and that's because we called. They INSISTED that they sent them all out to their guests by 130pm, like they INSISTED. I explained that we had not received ours....then he found the SYSTEM error and got us our code. Hot water barely worked in the guest house but they came and tried to fix it quickly. They left the cold water running while filling the pool...for hours. It was 68 outside, we paid a steep fee for a heated pool and could not even use it one of the days. They did come address that quickly. One of the golf carts was damaged when we checked in and they knew about it and came and fixed it. The other golf cart broke on first use due to worn grommets, windshield smashed but nobody got hurt. They were great once you called them, but to have all of these issues to begin with? It was just little headaches and inconveniences that we didn't expect.

The description doesn't mention all the things that are in the home. There's tons of beach chairs, 2 beach eagons, lots of toys for the sand, pool floats, beach mats, ect. There is a pack and play and several floor fans. You will need those. The homes only allows the air conditioner to be set at 72°. The main bedroom only has sheer curtains and gets very hot. The sheer curtains also allow tons of light in at night so be prepared for that. The pool house is also a great bonus. We were traveling with a baby, so the parents and baby stayed in the pool house so not to disrupt the others while sleeping. The golf carts are awesome for the area. There are several local restaurants and shops near by you can ride the carts to. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry supplies and dishwasher pods. The host supplies you with the minimum. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need.

Great House in Destiny East

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house with wonderful amenities. The pictures accurately reflect the house (except as other reviews mentioned-the pool fountain didn't work). Very spacious house-great living room with seating for everyone. Well-stocked kitchen-had air fryer, crock pot, plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. They only provide a few dishwasher soap pods and laundry soap pods so you need to bring your own if you are staying more than 1-2 days. Also might need extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Lots of beach equipment available-several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, 1 boogie board and 1 skim board plus corn hole. Ping Pong table in garage but we couldn't find the net holder to set it up. (2) 6-seater golf carts and 4 bikes included. It was great to take the golf carts to the club area about .7 miles from the house and the beach about .5 miles from the house. Club area has the tennis courts/basketball hoop (they have lights and are open until 10 pm), fitness center, hot tub, movie theater room (reserve your own time between 10AM-3PM). Outdoor pools not heated except for Spring Break so couldn't swim in them Thanksgiving week, but hot tub was nice. Great to take golf carts to beach. Can walk also, but easier to bring stuff in the golf carts. The home's pool would be warm to swim in if you pay to have it heated. The bedrooms were great--the bunk room has twin over double beds x2 plus 2 twin trundle beds underneath. There is also a little pull-out couch in the master BR on the main level. The pool house is perfect for more privacy for 2 people. The only stressful thing was I had to call the emergency number posted on the house because they didn't send me the codes to get in. But they called back within 5 minutes and gave me everything we needed so it was fine.
