The main level of this beautiful, newly decorated home greets you with a gated entry into the pool courtyard. The private pool area comes with toys, lounge chairs, outside dining, a wet bar & grilling station for family BBQs (pool can be heated for an additional fee). Open the front doors to find nothing short of an immaculate interior, high ceilings, & a gorgeous open living room space to accommodate all! Comfortable furniture is elegantly placed in the living area with a Smart TV. Sit back, relax, & stream your favorite music through the Bluetooth speakers in all common areas & pool courtyard! All TVs are flat screen & offer streaming capabilities. When it comes to family time, we know it matters most & can be spent enjoying a friendly competitive game of pool, air hockey, foosball, darts, & family board games. The well-equipped kitchen comes with all the cookware & dishware needed to prepare a home-cooked cuisine for the whole family. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, granite counters, a dining area, & a breakfast bar for additional seating. For added convenience, there is also a laundry room, half bath, & computer room. The 1st floor also boasts the Master King Suite with Designer furnishings, Smart TV, French doors leading to the pool patio, & a private bath. Unwind in the jacuzzi tub, or wash away the day in the walk-in shower.

Two of the guest rooms are spaciously spread throughout the 2nd floor of this beautiful home with a Jack & Jill bathroom. The first room is a welcoming oasis with a queen bed. While the second guest room offers ample bedding with 2 twin beds & a queen bed. This guest room is attached to the bathroom. Both rooms share a balcony overlooking the pool. Media & magic are waiting at the top of the castle in the 3rd-floor guest bedroom! It doubles as a media room & bunk room with a twin over full bunk, trundle bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bath & balcony with views of the lake. Finally, the Guest House located off the courtyard offers a king suite, private bath, mini fridge, & french doors leading to the pool area. All rooms offer an HDTV. The backyard is a wonderful place for hosting a large party, family reunion, or event, with plenty of outdoor dining, lounge areas & chairs, beautiful landscaping, & ample space.

Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities, including a clubhouse, 2 neighborhood pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a movie theater, tennis, basketball courts, a BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & playground! The neighborhood is located on pedestrian & golf cart-friendly Scenic 98. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride.
