Jade East Towers is a gated, Gulf-front high-rise in the heart of Destin, offering 19 floors of breathtaking views and direct access to a private beach exclusively for Jade guests. With Dunkin’ Donuts right outside the gate and Big Kahuna’s Water Park just across the street, convenience is unmatched. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
