Easy check in, great location, comfortable furniture, everything we needed to cook a few meals. Dryer was painfully slow and we never found the switch for the disposal.

Great stay!

This is a great property, right on the water. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a week of relaxing, taking in the views and having fun. Plenty of space for everyone. Internet was great as well. I would book again without thinking twice.

First family visit to Destin

This was our 1st family visit to Destin. The condo was as described in the listing. The private beach was exactly what it said...private. So nice to never have to worry about a spot on this beautiful beach! Also having restaurants within walking distance was nice. We will definitely be returning on future vacations!

Amazing Location, Comfort, and Features

Our goal for the week was to walk a few steps, sit on the beach and de-stress. Mission accomplished! We will definitely be return visitors. One cool bonus was free beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) - one less thing to worry about! The stretch of beach is private (with security). Furnishings were all in great condition. No complaints from us!

Family time

The property was very nice for the most part! The downstairs area was suppose to be king bed and ended up two twin! Rented to have separate area for a small family! Still nice just miss leading.

EVERYTHING about the house and location was PERFECTION!!

The house was very clean, great floor plan for our needs and ALL the amenities we needed. The location and private beach were AMAZING!! The security guard on the beach was a bonus and gave us a peace of mind. We are already planning our next trip HERE!! We are one happy and satisfied family from Oklahoma! Thank you so much!!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Green Reef 3, it was extremely close to the beach, and provided almost everything that we would need. We did find a dead cockroach which made me wonder where the other ones were hiding and a majority of the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms had too much area for us to see through, so please property owners, get solid doors for the bathrooms and bedrooms. But, the location, the fact that there were chairs and an umbrella on the beach and that it was private, was incredible. We won't stay at this particular unit again because it was weird that you could see people when they were in the bathroom or in their bedroom but there are a lot of other amazing units in the complex that we could come back to. Be aware that the hot water in the kitchen doesn't work well so you feel like your dishes aren't getting clean if you are washing them by hand. All in all, great location, private beach, we had what we needed and every complaint is minor.

Beautiful location

The home is located in a beautiful spot on the beach The owner need to keep it this home updated. T Some of the furniture need to be replaced and all the bedding really need to be replaced before anyone else stays there. Please have them buy some new pillows for Master bedroom My husband and I had to share one little pillow because the other one was so nasty. It's a beautiful home but it's not being kept up to the standards of the price you pay!!

Property was dirty, no blender, no propane, lights and locks to some doors did not work, but it is the absolute perfect location the beach made the vacation amazing

Overall the place was nice, access to the beach fantastic. Great location!

My family had a fantastic time, renting the property was easy! We were told there was no place to charge a golf cart, however, the neighbors all used the outside electrical outlets to charge theirs.

Perfect location.

This place was in the perfect spot. Private beach with a security guard who was awesome. Chair service was wonderful. Only 2 chairs but we used them. The property had lots of extra beach stuff to use which was a nice bonus. The house is very nice and comfortable. It is older and maintenance could be improved but for a beach house we were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again. The deck going out to beach is the fake wood so no splinters and was very nice. We used the grill 2 nights and it was perfect. The water was sooo nice beautiful.

Excellent Vacation Destination

This property is a hidden gem. The outside facade does not hint at the comfort and quality within. The place is fully-equipped, the beach is right outside the back door and local restaurants frequented by “locals” are a short walk away. We had to families of four with four kids under age 12. The space was spread out to give us all privacy. There were two different living room areas which was great to give the kids a space and the adults a space.
