"The noise coming from the hallways was rediculous at early hours of the morning. The door/walls were not thick enough or noise cancelling which made it uncomfortable when guests were outside your room. Also one of the times housekeeping came to the room they left a dirty towel on the ground along with a piece of trash. The beds were also not made however the trash had been emptied and we got new bath towels added. It was strange how some things had been done and not the other. Breakfast only being until 9am wasn’t great. It would have been ideal to have it until 10."

"The rooms were so unsanitary that we couldn't stay there. The rooms obviously hadn't been cleaned any time recently. We had a non smoking room that reeked of marijuana. There were insect/rodent droppings in the kitchenette area, stains and smears of who knows what all over the room, yellow pillows, etc. The property refused to refund us, and we were forced to book elsewhere, due to health concerns if we stayed there. The only pros were that the guy at the desk was nice and the pool looked alright. The front desk's hands were just tied in being able to refund us due to policy. We will be taking the refund issue to Expedia and if they won't assist, then to other consumer agencies. Do not book here if you care about your health."

"The harbor view was so nice. It was great to sit out on the balcony in the morning or evening. The continental breakfast wasn’t that nice. We were fairly satisfied with our accommodations. I was a bit taken aback when we asked for fresh towels for only the second time in a week, and we were told to bring our used towels down to the front desk to exchange them. That didn’t feel accommodating AT ALL It was our only housekeeping ask the entire week. We even took our trash out ourselves and used plastic shopping sacks for our trash. I found that very strange to ask a guest to go traipsing through the hotel with dirty towels. "

"Lobby area needs to be cleaned and also smoking needs to be banned from any entrance area for others."

"Bell staff was fantastic and staff checking us in was great. The bartenders and waiters were average except for one waiter in the Italian restaurant that was exceptional. The bartenders by the pool were great. You can’t beat the amenities here. The fitness facility has more options than most resorts but it was very dirty and the equipment needed service. "
