"This hotel was so not up to par. We only stayed one night even though we were supposed to be there the whole trip. The rooms are filthy, floor was sticky, hair in the shower and on the floor that was there before we arrived. The room was also smaller than what was pictured. Front desk did not help with our issues on cleaning etc. Was happy to leave and would not go back! Upsetting for a Hilton."

"Very clean room amenities, such as coffee maker, utensils, etc. we’re all there only exception at times if there was a lot of activity in the indoor pool, then it could be a bit noisy till at least 10 o’clock when everything quieted down"

"The resort was a pleasant stay. The property is well maintained. It has no beach view. The beach is a short walk and there are chairs to rent for the day. My only negative comment is that the whole resort seems understaffed in all areas from the check-in process through the restaurants. The staff is friendly and trying very hard to accommodate but it is obvious they feel harried and stressed from lack of support ."

"Received a phone call 2 hours before our arrival from Michigan that the hotel “gave our room away”. Asked how that could happen with a reservation in place and Alex at the front desk couldn’t answer that question. Asked for a callback from a manager and 4 days later, that call has never came. We had to scramble to find another hotel on a busy Spring Break week. After driving by the property during our stay in Destin, it appears we dodged a bullet because the property is run down and clearly mismanaged overall. Do yourself a favor and skip this place."

"The hotel is filled with mold they just painted over it. The rooms are super old. I had to move my room three times because of random inconveniences that happened in each room."
