"Our stay greatly exceeded expectations! Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We could have easily stayed for a week as a family of four. The grounds were spectacular. The kids had a blast playing on the awesome water slides, in the arcade (with bowling and cotton candy!) and in the tennis courts. Everything was decorated so nicely for Christmas and I love that they had all these cozy places to sit outside with firepits. The hotel is in a very nice area and is close to a gourmet grocery store. I ran an 8 mile radius around the surrounding area each morning and the area was very safe and just gorgeous. The staff here were so wonderful-they had a room ready for us at 12:30 when check-in was at 4 and they let us have a late check-out when leaving. The concierge was very knowledgeable as well. The warmth of the staff was felt by all! We will definitely be going back!"
