"The host was very helpful ; the house was clean snd nicely appointed. The location is excellent . The stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are very steep .. I would not recommend it for older people. Unless you enjoy a patio, the place is perfect."

"Super nice hosts and great spot!! Would stay again!"

"My friends and I stayed at this property on the past weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the uncleanliness of the space was alarming. We discovered cockroaches not only in the fridge and on the shelves but also around the basement area. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about our health throughout our stay. Additionally, the advertisement does not mention that the property was a shared space. This missing information significantly...

"We had a lovely stay! Very clean, spacious basement apartment. The host was attentive and available if anything was needed. "

"Bathroom required grab rails and hooks."

"The unit was beautiful, spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, was immaculate, bright and functional. The bedrooms were inviting, comfortable and extremely clean. The outdoor space was a nice added bonus; we enjoyed our morning coffee outside, under the gazebo. From check in to check out, communication with Kim was clear and timely. I would recommend this spot whole-heartedly and I look forward to returning."

"Great house. Great location. Clean, well equipped and plenty of space. "

"Charming place on a quiet street. Walking distance to Main Street. Accommodated 6 comfortably, spent 2 nights with family/friends. Host made sure everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay again."

"Very clean and cozy cottage. An easy commute to Kingston area sites and attractions."
