"Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful"

"We were staying in this property last week and highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a 5 stars experience in Shangri-La Old Town. New modern design, the rooms are so clean, very nice stuffs, and you feel it like home. If you experience altitude sickness, oxygen will be provided in your room. Oxygen cylinders will be provided if you go outside for activities. Shopping and restaurants are near by at walking distance.
