"We stayed 2 nights in August 2026. The Hotel was in a very convenient location and the main highlight for the kids was the swimming pool! They went back to back days. I liked that they give you cards to exchange for pool towels. The complimentary breakfast was ok. On our second morning the hot food station wasn't ready but there were other options. There is a great ice cream store around the corner called Duomo that was fantastic. 2,500 for one scoop and 4,500 for two scoops - very tasty, high quality! We also did a tour of Iguazu Falls through "tours by locals". We did the Brazilian and Argentina sides all in one day. Private van so stress-free and a wonderful experience!"

"The staff was phenomenal. The constant banging due to improvement was the only downside to the hotel. We traveled 24 hours n wanted a quick nap but the banging was right outside the balcony. Loved the chocolates on the made up beds, felt special our entire stay. Breakfast was great....had 1 hiccups w room service and another one at dinner the next night. Have already recommended f"

"We stayed two nights to enjoy Iguazu National Park. The location was excellent inside the national park. We booked a 2 queens mountain view room and it was as I expected and other facilities in the hotel, such as restaurants, bar, and pool etc. are great design and maintained well. There was a timely communication after the booking, then check-in, check-out, concierge, room services are all smooth and professional. Breakfast was included in the plan and all foods were delicious including western style dishes and some local taste foods. We also had dinners two times and the variety of the menu, wine list, services were great. Sometimes I had to wait a while to order additional drink etc., but overall experience was pretty high."

"If I could give six stars, I would. The entire property is gorgeous - built to fit in with nature. The rooms are well designed, private, and very comfortable. There is a beautiful and well maintained pool, a sauna, and facilities for future spa services. The restaurant is phenomenal - designed like a nest with a high ceiling, a fountain and beautiful artwork inspired by nature. During our stay, we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner on different days - everything was very special and delicious, some of the best food during our stay in Puerto Iguazu. Most compelling of all was the service. The staff, led by Liliana the manager, were always available, helpful, and accommodating. In short, think of a well-designed, eco-friendly property with chef-prepared meals and service you'd expect at the Ritz Carlton. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Latin America and would highly recommend. In fact, we are already talking about coming back with some friends next year."
