Perfect location for our Red Rocks weekend! Olde Town Arvada was having a festival that added to the fun. We loved the area. Only 1.5 hours to RMNP, so that was a plus for us, too. The property was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and well stocked, as well as being exceedingly family friendly. Our little one loved to play with the toys and slept well in the pack and play. Close to great restaurants and parks. Would highly recommended a stay at Bill's.

This very cute and cozy house was perfect for my husband and I. It was decorated in a very good eclectic way. The beds were comfortable. The house was in a good location near Old Town Arvada and a short drive to our grandchildren’s house. They came over one day and enjoyed playing with the board games and toys provided with property.

Bill was extremely attentive and responsive. Location is central to lots of activities. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. It was the perfect resting place after long days of exploration.

Fun place to stay near Denver

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home itself was very well kept and clean with lots of space to relax and enjoy Colorado weather. It is located near a beautiful park where I felt safe walking, jogging and visiting the playground with my young son. We were able to walk to local eateries and coffee shops. We had everything we needed during our stay and would definitely book again.
