Nice stay. The room is very small and they do not provide nice amenities. Bring your own TP, laundry detergent, and soap. Location is wonderful. Basically a hotel room.

Good choice if you like a Severance/Black Mirror vibe, unmanned property, door code access only, no service or cleaning, DIY dishes and laundry. If you are good with that, also consider the building has been updated but still has the original wood construction so hope you are the first one up in the morning and pray you don’t have people coming in late at night or partying. Otherwise super!

Decent but with noise and external light issues

This particular room was on the bottom floor next to the entrance door and the door to the stairs both of which are loud (they provide ear plugs next to the bed). The blinds are generally good except at night where light from the street shines through the sides. Overall fine for me but it you're a light sleeper or need it to be very dark this is not the place for you

Weird concept.

They really need to find a better way to communicate. This is somewhat of an apartment building that the hotel group took over and converted into reception free hotels. So they send you an entry code the day before and with that you can access the downstairs door and the other code for the door. Walls are super thin. I could hear the person next door walk into the shower. The kitchen is useless IMO and I would not want to stay there for longer than the night that I did. I think the concept is cheap while the room rate is not.

Sonder needs to communicate better

Sonder was a nice place to stay but getting the access codes to get in was a nightmare. Sonder did not help with anything. There lack of communication made me not even want to stay there.

Great place to stay

Great property and we'll be back. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the comments of other reviewers. We loved exploring this neighborhood and found all we wanted within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay Sonder Zuni in Denver. It was in a cool neighborhood and the room was incredible! Clean, comfortable, easy to access. We especially loved the rooftop lounge area!!!

Great stay

The location is excellent, within walking distance to downtown via a scenic riverside path—perfect for a relaxing stroll. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, with clear instructions for all the property’s features. When assistance was needed, it was provided promptly. Although the suite’s entrance code initially didn’t work, the issue was quickly resolved via chat. The neighborhood is quiet and undergoing updates with modern townhouse developments featuring clean, contemporary architecture. The suite is fully equipped like an apartment and offers convenient access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city skyline.

Perfect sized condo for a couple or single traveller. Nice rooftop patio. Fully stocked kitchen with full fridge and freezer. In suite laundry was a bonus. Great, safe, area within walking distance of coffee shop and several restaurants.

The location was great. This location does not have an elevator. Perfect for visiting family in Denver.

The property inside was run down, not as described, and did not match the cost I paid per night. The AC was cracked, you could not run the washer/dryer while watching the TV or having the lights on. This was not up to the same standard as a Marriott. In short I was highly dissapointed.

Beside the fact that we waited a while since we didn’t receive the email with the check in instruction all went well. Just the TV wasn’t working and there aren’t supermarkets in the area. So if you need essentials you must go downtown to the Whole Foods there.

Very nice and clean property with all of the essentials. Loved the clean renovated look. Washer/Dryer was available in our unit with a dishwasher and full sized fridge, which was very helpful. The Sonder staff texted me the day of check in to make sure everything went well. There was decent street parking, if there wasn't space right next to the building it was maximum 1 block away.
