This property is centrally located just west of Denver and is only 15 minutes from so many great destinations (downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden). It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.

    If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. It was really great to be able to park in a garage. The house was clean and quiet, Tammy was great to communicate with. Really clear and quick. Cleaning expectations were reasonable and easy to do as we packed to leave. The space was perfect for our day at Red Rocks AND our day in central Denver. Great location.

Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there.

Vacay in Denver

This place is a great place to stay if you want a little distance from downtown and easy access to the mountains. There are some good eatery options close by in Belmar. Very clean, cute property with a well stocked kitchen.

Nice place near red rocks

Friends and I were in town to see a concert at red rocks. Finding this place near the amphitheater was a great find. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we go back.

My husband and I, with some family, stayed here for a quick trip to Denver. It was the perfect place for us. We loved being able to use the garage, as well as that each room had its own bathroom. And this place was SOOO clean! Loved our stay!

Perfect for a Red Rocks show!

Great space for larger groups. We had 7 of us and it never felt cramped. 15 minutes to Red Rocks. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Near a Whole Foods and a Super Target which are winners in my book.. It was centrally located to all destinations. We had plenty of room to spread out and the townhouse was clean and well supplied. Would go back.

We found the condominium clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to shopping and convenient to Denver and the nearby foothills. Loved that there was a garage that we could park our car.
