"The resort was beautiful. Had a couple problems. First one was at arrival we were told the room with view I booked months ago was sold out. Originally put us in something substantially less appealing. Hubby handled that and talked them into an upgrade instead. We were happy with that but later that day husband and I went to check out the gym since we work out daily. We walked in and were greeting by staff telling us we couldn’t be in there with sandals. We explained we were just looking and would remove shoes if needs, he said no. We left, no big deal. Later we put on workout attire and shoes then went back up. Same staff there. While we worked out two men came in. One is sandals and another worked out in socks for 45 mins. Staff never said anything to either. They were one white and one Asian. I only bring this up because I’m convinced now we had both issues because my husband is black. Food was great. Some shops in walking distance and lots of outside restaurants that we could walk to."

"We had a wonderful stay at Andaz. Plenty and very friendly staff everywhere. They offer à la carte all you can eat breakfast buffet and it is excellent. Our room was also wonderful with all kind of amenities and direct access to one of the many swimming pools available."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. There was a kitchen as a part of my hotel room: one stove, one refrigerator and a cooler with hot/cold water so I could cook myself. There is a supermarket not so far away from the hotel (by car). I also liked vegetation by the room entrance. It was pleasant to hear the sound of rain under partially open roof early in the morning. I had a very good service, especially two hotel representatives Diah and Putri were very nice and helpful. I also enjoyed one hour massage for a reasonable price."
