"Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff. We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."

"Plus un hostel qu'un Inn. La chambre avec 2 lits simple et salle de bain privé était correct mais la chambre avec lit double et pas de salle de bain privé est a évité. Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortable, a moins d'aimer dormir directement sur le sommier. L'odeur de cigarette est très présente. "Parking was super limited so we parked on the street but the breakfast was top notch!"

"Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom"
