"The hotel needs a lot of care and attention , cleaning which is a most. other parts need cleaning.I use the GYM when I was there, Equipment's need updated , .Lot of other places are rusted, meaning to old , good clean down.Needs a better fan for bathroom /shower, especially when having to do ANOTHER 2 IN THE toilet. NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...

"Very convenient and clean (although slight damp smell throughout) and staff were lovely! This is a pretty basic hotel though - room large with comfy bed but warm - and if you don't have a room in the hotel itself you are nowhere near the sea - wasn't a problem for us. It's a very busy locals pub though which we were good with but not a tranquil seaside stay. And parking is tricky as need to top up at the off-site carpark at 8am each day. Good breakfast tho!"

"I felt comfortable as a solo traveller. But then it was my home town for nearly 40 years. However staff fantastic. I didn't check in until quite late in the day, and was told my room would be in the 1st not grounds floor which I had asked for. But the reason was the lock on my ground floor was playing up and needed a repair. "I stayed as I was catching a flight from SEN, I was very impressed with how clean and well presented the rooms and the hotel in general were. Comfortable bed, I slept very well. Food was lovely, fish and chips. Great view of the airport from the restaurant and bar on the 5th floor. Only a couple of minutes walk to catch the flight. Also handy for other alternative to the restaurant, McDonald's right opposite, and a range of shops at the outlet right opposite too. Easy to get to, easy to find....
