"This is second time I have stayed here. Both times more than 2 weeks. This is a great spot. Close to the best market in Rome, Vatican City, the center, all the sites. I plan on staying here whenever I return to Rome. Great AC!"

"Room was big, shared kitchen/ living room was nice. Water was strange as in it was explained it was just fixed. When you use it there's a loud noise that happens behind the wall. We got plenty of water/hot water so that wasn't a problem- just the noise. The lift is small that brought us to the 6th floor. But, you get used to it. A/C worked great! There's laundry facilities and a grocery store right next door. Metro is like 4-5 blocks away. I'd stay there again."

"The hotel is located in the Prati district, s quiet neighborhood about a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. There are nice local restaurants and grocery stores, and it's not too far from all the major sights. The property is very clean and easy to access. We arrived around noon, and our room was clean and ready. Emma and the whole staff were nice and knowledgeable, giving us options for getting to know the city, and helping us communicate in Italian with taxis and bookings. The room is spacious, with a small living room with a couch, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, microwave, and a small fridge with water bottles. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, with a great shower. The staff provided us with plenty of towels for our 2-night stay. The instructions to access the property were very clear and the cards worked perfectly. The only two details is that the in-room safe has a key instead of a code and the TV doesn't connect to streaming apps, but these aren't a big deal. Overall, a great experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner, Riccardo, is incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating, which made us feel home. One thing that really stood out was their thoughtfulness. We forgot to order our breakfast the next morning, but they anticipated that we would need it and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of care and attention to guests is truly exceptional. The staff especially Gemma, were also very friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. we will definitely be staying here again."

"The host was great. Very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags after check out until our train time. She gave good recommendations for areas to see. Room was clean and towels were replenished daily along with trash removal. Street is a little loud but it did not keep us from sleeping. Very convenient location to metro, shopping, and restaurants"

"Charm being the operative word. Greeted by warm staff, very helpful. Hotel clean and rooms kep immaculate. Breakfast good and air conditioning in full working order. Easy commute to city centre but Prati itself offers a lot. Great location overall. Thanks to the staff at the Hotel, wonderful experience."
