They gave me wrong address. Then after i got there they had the driver take me to a different property. Then they checked me in and said i had to pay cash. When i insisted on card their csrd machine wouldnt work. Then the room had one bed when it was supposed to have two and didnt look like the picture. ...

Tried to check in, but reception advised that they did not have our Expedia booking and the hotel was full, despite the fact that we had already paid and booking showing as confirmed. The reception staff found us a room at a nearby hotel where we paid again in full for another room. Awaiting refund ...
