As my comment for improvement, I would say that they really have to expand the parking lot space. In fact, it is quite small and the individual spaces don’t cover most of the car’s dimensions. Other than that, quite acceptable!

Bed was very comfortable.

We got a warm welcome on arrival and it was a small but cozy, clean room. There were lots of pillows and two cups each of decaf and regular coffee. Nice little breakfast offered in the morning. The only downside was a barn slider for the bathroom door - a little weird and not totally private. It is also a frosted glass door, so we couldn't leave the bathroom light on with the door closed for late night visits in a strange place, but the hairdryer had a little night light on it. Clean and completely remodled. The front dest staff was always friendly. The room was large, comfy and clean. Juice and coffee bar available in the lobby 24/7. No microwave in the room, but there is one available in the lobby. Continental breakfast served every morning. Parking was safe with security often on site. The price for this place was very reasonable. I would atay here again!

To close to busy street can hear everything.

The property is very new and has really nice amenities. I appreciated the water bottle filling station, ice station, and the soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner are not small individual bottles that are wasted but large containers that are refilled by the hotel. The beds are comfy and the breakfast was sufficient.

Clay was a super host! He made us a special batch of decaf coffee in the evening that we arrived! We stayed here as an unexpected stop to escape snow/road closure in Tioga Pass. Great breakfast buffet with fresh pancakes, cereal, bagels, sausage in nicely appointed room with couches and chairs around the big-screen TV. Front desk staff was lovely and very accommodating! I would highly recommend! Parking was super convenient for loading/unloading, too.
