"Great value for our family of four during spring break ski trip"

"This was our second week-long stay at the cabin and it was even better than our first stay which is saying a lot. The kitchen was sparkling clean and it is such a pretty setting right on the river. "Two families were able to enjoy this house and each other for a week in this home. There were 10 adults and 2 teens and plenty of space for everyone.The view if the mountains and access to the Rio Grande made this the best place we’ve stayed while in South Fork. We especially enjoyed the large family and kitchen area for our group, and the kids took advantage of the game room and games. The kitchen was well equipped for our family needs. "House and hosts were great! There was plenty of room for our group of seven! We had everything we needed - right down to the box fans in the bedrooms! we went skiing at Wolf Creek and it was a short drive. If we had more time we would have used the sleds! We will for sure try to get back again! "

"Nice place once you find it. Dangerous access off a busy state highway without road signs. Dicey every time We turned in and pure danger as we searched for the road sign that did not exist. Can be a nice place but several minor things have to be done first to make it worthy of a revisit."
