The hubub of downtown Del Mar is just a block away for when we wanted to go to shops and restaurants, and less than a block in the other direction was the Pacific. The house is so comfy and cozy and has lovely beachy decor. More than anything, tho, was the great care taken of us by Lauren was a gift. I’d stay here again at this gem of a home with a gem of a host over and over. "

"We did not have a direct view of the beach, we had a side view, but you still can not beat the area and ease of getting down to the beach. You only have to walk a short distance to get the view you desire. The pool was nice and has a wonderful view of the ocean. There is work being done on the railroad tracks but it did not bother us, it did obstruct the views from the lower units that would normally have a direct view of the ocean"
