The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! Had a two night stay for a hockey tournament. Clean rooms, convenient location and polite staff. Great restaurants nearby is a plus.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. My only question is the level of chlorine they used in the pool. My kids and husband all came out with red skin which usually doesn't happen.
