  • Welcome to the Cozy Little Cottage! We are located in beautiful Deep Gap which is centrally located to everything that our area has to offer. 15 minutes from Boone, 20 minutes from West Jefferson, and 30 minutes from Wilkesboro. We are 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway which offers numerous spots for hiking, scenic views, or just a good road to take a drive on. Don’t get duped into booking a home way off the beaten path when are located off of a main thoroughfare and have a flat driveway! ***Guests Staying Over 28 Days***
    For reservations exceeding 28 days, an additional cleaning fee will apply for each 28-day period. A professional cleaning and restocking service will be scheduled at each 28-day interval to maintain the quality and comfort of the unit.

    These additional charges will be communicated and invoiced separately after the initial booking. Please note that acceptance of these charges is required to confirm and maintain the reservation. Failure to accept the additional fees may result in cancellation of the booking.
