Hotel Houze Detroit Downtown
Got charged more than I agreed to pay, and never got a receipt. Would not use Hotel.com again. Staff were nice, but not super helpful. I sent a text to get some help and never received a reply.

The toilet was not working when we arrived. They don't have maintenance onsite, therefore it took a day to have the issue resolved. The pullout couch is horrible. It was thin and slanted, making it impossible to sleep on. If you have more than two people, plan on at least bringing an air mattress. ...
