"This was not our 2nd stay at Boca Vista Harbor. Great location, beautiful view & great support staff available for any concerns. We arrived & moved in quickly only to realize the refrigerator temperature was mot working at an appropriate temperature. Service was to arrive on our 2nd day which didn’t occur. By mid afternoon we were offered to move to another condo which we did. We were offered a momentary reimbursement that we haven’t received yet. I’m expecting it to be sent within 2 weeks...

"The community is beautiful and the condo was great. We appreciated having coffee available! I think it would be helpful to have an information sheet in the condo. The keyless entry stopped working and we were locked out. Luckily the sliding door was unlocked. We were told to change the batteries in the keyless door lock. We had to Google how to do that. The TV went out one night and we had to reboot the system. A page with this type of info would have been helpful. Otherwise it was clean and...
