"This is my favorite place to stay in Missoula. 40 years ago I stayed at the Edge Water at least one day a week. The property has been remodeled, expanded and updated. Still my favorite place to stay. I really like the Riverside rooms."

"This is one of my go to's when going to Missoula for entertainment, dining , and gym workouts. I have often found this location affordable compared to others. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like the free breakfast and assorted offerings. Staff is always helpful and available. I likethe location on Reserve Street which has many offerings to meet your needs. Parking is convenient and easy to find a spot. Motorcycle 🏍 friendly which I like when I tcruise over. Great stay again and I will stay again in the future‼️"

"Nice little hotel. Gets you away from downtown a bit and has a nice river view. Breakfast was excellent Staff was friendly Room was clean Only 2 things kept it from 5 star 1. The soap dispenser was empty in the shower 2. The chair and ottoman in the room is worn out like Grandpa's house for 30 years lol"
