"The facility does NOT have an elevator so if you’re on the second floor I hope you packed light. My room was located at the rear of the hotel. Took five minutes to walk through the building with luggage to get to the room. The front staff, who acted as I was an inconvenience when I was checking in, could have told me that if I drove my car to the back that there was an entrance which was closer to my room. Outside was poorly lit where cars were parked. The rooms had a musty smell to them which took an entire day to go away. "

"Check was quick and smooth, I really appreciated the staff allowing me to pick a preferred floor as well as getting us a room next to my sisters! Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was a bit clustered with the waffle irons being right next to the main dishes, the line would flow much quicker if the waffles were completely separate. The plates and cups were also empty for longer periods before being restocked adding to the line backup."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to get rooms close to our family that was staying there also Room was exceptionally clean. Hall ways were in need a little vacuuming. Pool was great for our Grandkids! A place for the younger and one for the older ones. We were all very impressed with the hotel! "
