There was an on site trash can, fire pit with wood benches around, and a charcoal grill with grate scraper. The propane heater on wall kept it warm for the fall weather."

The neighbors are friendly and most people wave at you when you're driving the island. My only complaint is that the beds are a bit harder than what I'm used to. Another good point is that they have hot water on demand which is amazing! I would definitely recommend this property."
