Breakfast menu was great, parking was so easy - especially since we have to use handicapped parking. Employees went out of their way to help us with parking and placing us in a room close to our vehicle. Building was very clean. Everyone was friendly.

Property is great as long as you don’t arrive 45 minutes early. They charge a $15 extra charge for early check in. I had traveled 6.5 hrs going from Eastern time to central time. Traffic was forgiving but this best western wasn’t. Make sure you aren’t early unless you want to pay additional for your room
