To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events; however small family gatherings are permitted. Any family gatherings require HOA approval this must be done at the time of booking.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly.
