Overall a good experience Multiple power cuts on the last day which was a shame Housekeeping was a little inconsistent one day towels another day nothing etc Kids facilities fantastic Local knowledge was a little sketchy which didnā€™t help and I would have thought English language would have been reasonably strong considering the amount of British visitors wasnā€™t the case though Would happily come back overall the small issues were minor

We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.
