"The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices."

"The place was wonderful, the staff is so warm and inviting. We were concerned with the travel to and from French Quarters, but the peace and tranquility we got when we got back to Elsa’s place made it more than worth it. This will be a place we will stay often"
