"This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. "

"Extremely nice apartment style place to stay. The shuttles were very convenient and not too far away from the resort. Really easy walk to the konbinis and restaurants."

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again."

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

"The hotel and room are very clean. The outdoor onsen hot springs are fantastic! The location is excellent to go to the Main Street and trails. Overall we were pretty enjoy the staying!"
"The rooftop onsen has multiple temperature tubs and are very clean. Good soap too. Fireworks every night in front of the hotel. It was the first time in my life that I soaked naked in an onsen while I watched fireworks blow up in the sky. Spectacular. This is a very big tourist hotel. Not small ryokan. Our room had such beautiful views of the lake too. The hotel needs a real coffee shop with a barista. The food is very plentiful and varied. Riding the ebikes around the lake was really fun. It took 3.5 hrs. There’s a little coffee shop on the left-hand side of the lake run by the nicest couple and the husband l hand makes skateboards and snowboards. His wife makes excellent Belgian chocolate cakes and cookies; and outrageous hot chocolate with caramélisés marshmallows . Ask for Sho at the front desk. Nicest young man!! 彼の英語は完璧です"
"Rusutsu is enormous. The property layout is a puzzle, and while the amenities like the newly renovated onsen are a great perk, having to walk across the massive property to access 2 different elevators to get to rooms from the parking lot took away from the experience. The staff were exceptional but not expecting the attached theme park / merry go round inside the hotel made this an experience I would not book again. There is also a monorail connecting to the Westin across the street."
"A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But the nearby restaurants made up for that (when they were open)"
