"Room quite small but nicely decorated. Room on 2nd floor no lift. Lovely terrace Pleasant location but not in town 40min walk"

"Nice location but disappointing service by some of the staff. Sun loungers were very dirty looking, could do with covers over them and replaced daily."

"Hope Cove is a lovely place to stay. Food at the Hope and Anchor was five star. Staff were friendly. We did feel however that certain parts needed more attention. There was thick dust under the dresser in restaurant area. There is a paying car park next door which was £12 for 24 hours."

"Very clean hotel with very helpful staff however the restaurant menu should be changed more we stayed 4days but due to the poor menu we only ate in the restaurant once, due to the location it is very difficult to eat in other places The facilities were excellent"

"Highly recommend staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast every morning was delicious, and the owner, Mike, was so welcoming. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the harbour and the ferry to Kingswear, making it the perfect base for exploring the area."
