"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"All was wonderful with our stay except at 11 ish pm we had a maintenance person banging on something in the room where the microwave and ice machine were. He was in a separate door/room from the microwave room and came out and scared us sweating and apologizing and finally the pounding stopped. Other than that the stay was great!"

"The restaurants are excellent, especially the Vue roof top bar/restaurant... the rooms are updated, clean, and well equipped. Room service was the best I've ever had. Hyper prompt, delivered fast while the food is still hot. I lost my ID and maintenance staff found it almost immediately, which was incredible to say the least.... 10/10 would recommend."

The location is good, the room and bathroom were a little tired - the owners could invest some money on the asset and take care of that front desk staff! They are what make the hotel great."

"Beautifully decorated however, updates are definitely needed. The bathroom had paint peeling and was very dated. The doors seemed dirty/in need of fresh paint. Bed was fairly comfortable. Hubby & I noticed a weird, musty odor in the hallways (we were on the 7th floor) We came for an event in the ballroom (Michael was a great server) Because we attended an event at the hotel the $66 parking fee was waived. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant-Divinos & it was terrible!! The service was terrible- had to ask for refills on water & coffee. I asked for cream & sugar for my coffee & never received sugar so I had to go to an empty table to get my own.The menu lists chicken sausage but the server stated “we don’t have that.” He then mentioned they have bacon, so I asked if it was turkey or beef bacon as we don’t it pork. He said no but it’s a good bacon 🙄 I ordered the frittata w/a fruit bowl. Hubby ordered smoked salmon bagel w/fruit bowl. The frittata had zero taste even with mushrooms & spinach. They didn’t bring hubby’s fruit even after we reminded two people. We had to ask the server to take it off the bill. Would definitely skip breakfast here and go somewhere else.."
