"Great"

"Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out."

"It's a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The mountain view room with balcony is spacious. However, the restaurant serves pure vegetarian food, no eggs are offered for breakfast."

"Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) "Loved it and the staff were great."

"The location is really good and the service is amazing. The room design is also very spacious and modern looking, with good lighting. I only wish there was AC as it was a bit humid, and the room wasn't as clean as I am used to (some dust, dirt), but for the value it is an excellent stay, and the service of the staff was a highlight."

"Well maintained. Good customer service."

"Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely."
