"This stay was part of a surprise birthday gift and it did not disappoint. Friendly and helpful check in by the member of staff on duty. We had a room with a river view which just added to the experience. We were only there for one night but in that time everything we needed was there. Breakfast was nice and hot but as in any hotel that we have stayed in it does get busy at peak times and sometimes you will need to wait for items to be replenished. Would we stay again, definately! "

"Room was clean and larger than anticipated and had a kitchen with everything you would need. Only stayed one night but would be a great base for a longer stay. Lots of fabulous restaurants and bars close by and Canary Wharf station is only a short walk away."

"We like this hotel as it is reasonably priced, has a 24hr gym, half decent pool, sauna and steam room. It is also 2 minutes away from the DLR (docklands light railway) giving easy access to central London and the west end. We always book parking through 'Your Parking Space' If you do this you can cut that car parking costs in half although you will have a 5 minute walk to the hotel itself."

"I stayed here for nine nights. Hotel is conveniently located near the DLR train. The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Staff was this hotel was very hospitable and welcoming. The restaurant has nice menu options. Ate dinner there a few times. Breakfast is buffet options. Hot and cold foods. No complaints about breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a nice bar. I would recommend this place to stay. The area is not busy. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"The room was cosy and the staff made two swans and put petals around the bed. So kind and it was lovely the spa. I have used the gym and spa many times as a member until I moved. First time staying though and loved it we did."

"The room was clean and spacious but the structure is very old and needs to be refurbished. The staff was good and helpful. The buffet layout for breakfast needs to be updated and changed everyday. We stayed there for seven days and every day, the buffet layout was exactly the same which lead us to avoid breakfast due to repirition."
