"La Villa Aphro was our home away from home. The tucked away boutique resort felt like our own personal Air B and B. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a delightful welcome native drink that I wanted to drink the entire trip. My. Husband arrived with an upset stomach from our united airlines flight from IAD. Staff immediately jump to action showed to our room and made him two drinks. A special ginger drink the bartender put together and seltzer. My husband slept and was felling back to his self...

"I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks"

"Overpriced and not 5-star standards. The lobby and grounds are impressive, staff are accomodating, wifi is good. But my first room had maintenance issues so I had to change rooms. Sadly, there was a cockroach inside a food tray during the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning isn't reliable. Hotel is overpriced for the quality, unfortunately, I would not stay again."
