From the beautifully decorated rooms , to the large (55-65 inches- none of t flatscreen smart Samsung tv’s— to the most accommodating staff, -never seen cleaning maintence smile and be so accommodating ! I hope the one in Preston , CT is just as great. And if it’s not, It will reflect on HOW hotel.com runs its establishments."
