"2 nights at this beautiful located hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Lovely to sip a coffee and look out of the window at the loch and snow topped mountains. Excellent facilities, we enjoyed the heated pool. spa, gym while the weather did it's worst outside. The food available was excellent. Dinner first night in the Estate room which was excellent in every way. A must. Quality food and service. Second day in the Wild Brownie. Again excellent service with good food. Breakfast was also good with endless choice and great service. If you asked the staff you could pretty much get what you wanted the way you wanted it. In fact the staff through out the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Also found one or two lesser known malts in the whisky bar which was a delight. Very knowledgeable young lady serving. Special mention for the lady doing the house keeping, bedroom clean/make up. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Very helpful, Unfortunately I did not get her name. Maybe next time."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Crossing B&B. After a nightmare experience at another nearby property that we left early, arriving here felt instantly warm, welcoming, and genuinely comforting — even without a traditional reception or on-site staff. The self check-in was seamless, and we loved the charm of the individually named rooms. The cozy sitting room was perfect for relaxing, and the location is excellent: directly across from the ScotRail station and a short walk to High Street restaurants and the Duke of Gordon Hotel pub. We stayed in a dog-friendly ground-floor room with a private outdoor entrance overlooking the Gynack Burn, a tributary of the River Spey. Thoughtful touches really stood out: triple-chocolate cookies for us, and treats, waste bags, and extra towels for our dog. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a wardrobe, luggage rack, and desk. We loved the Highland Soap Company products and the lemongrass and ginger scent throughout the common areas. The shower had the hottest water we experienced in the Cairngorms, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. When we needed help with the radiator and towel warmer, it was resolved immediately. Overall, The Crossing exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our time in Kingussie — we’d happily return and highly recommend it."
