The space
Welcome to EventHQ—a private, two-story half of a beautifully updated duplex designed for comfort and easy group stays. 0.7 mi and less than 15 min walk to AT&T, Globe Life, and Texas Live entertainment.

Upstairs you`ll find two restful bedrooms, each with a comfortable KING bed, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, ample closet space, and its own wall-mounted SAMSUNG SMART TV in each room. The full bathroom is a showpiece: a granite vanity plus a dramatic black-marble walk-in shower with a rainfall head. A convenient half bath sits downstairs.

The open-concept main floor flows from a fully equipped kitchen—stainless French-door refrigerator, electric range, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, granite counters, blender, and a breakfast bar that seats four—into a bright living and dining area with a cozy fireplace, smart TV, and seating for the whole group. Need extra sleeping? The living room`s queen sleeper sofa hosts two more, for up to 6 guests total as needed.

Step out to your own private patio with a gas grill and a navy lounge set—your spot for pregame and morning coffee. A back gate from the patio opens to a shared common backyard with cornhole + bocce under a big shade tree, used only by guests of this duplex`s two units. In-unit full-size washer & dryer, central A/C and heat, and fast Wi-Fi round it out.

With free driveway parking and an unbeatable location, this is the ideal base for Cowboys games, Rangers games, concerts, Six Flags trips, UT Arlington visits, or any DFW getaway.

Guest access
Guests enjoy the entire Unit A (the private `105 A` entrance), your own private patio with grill on the A side, and dedicated driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. A back gate from your patio leads to a shared common backyard with cornhole + bocce—a private space used only by guests of these two units (never the public). The unit is fully self-contained with its own kitchen, laundry, and entrance. (Unit B next door is a separate rental with its own guests, who share only that common yard. Each has it`s own side gate as well. Parking spots dedicated to each unit.

Other things to note
• Self check-in after 4:00 PM; checkout 11:00 AM. • Max 6 guests (City of Arlington limit). • No parties/events, no smoking (inside or within 6 ft of any doorway), and no unregistered guests—violations carry a $500 fee. • No pets unless approved in writing. • Quiet hours / no amplified sound 10 PM–9 AM (city ordinance). • Park only in your assigned driveway spaces or risk towing. City Strictly forbids street parking and parking lot across is private do not use • You have your own private patio + grill; the shared common backyard (cornhole + bocce, reached via your patio`s back gate) is private to this duplex`s two units only and shared with the guests next door—please be considerate. • Registered Arlington STR (Permit #26-048099-STR); HOT taxes collected per city/state rules.
No parties or events allowed. You will be charged an additional $500 for any un-authorized parties or events, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests that are affected by the breaking of this rule.
